Charities

Brown’s Harvest is proud to support local charities throughout the year.

We also like to promote these and additional charities during the 2017 Fall season!

Life Choice Donor Service –   Based in Bloomfield,   is one of 58 federally designated, nonprofit organ procurement organizations (OPOs) in the U.S.

When a person is critically injured and dies, LifeChoice Donor Services works closely with the hospital and the family to discuss the opportunity of donation and support families throughout the process of donation and their bereavement.   donatelifelogo

Shriners Hospital –  Is committed to providing the best care for children in the specialty areas of Orthopedics, Burn Care, Spinal Cord Injury, and Cleft Lip and Palate, regardless of a family’s ability to pay.  Brown’s is proud to have raised over $6000 for Shriner’s Hospital over the past  harvest seasons.shc_logo

Alex’s Lemonade Stand –  Alex’s Lemonade Stand will have a permanent presence at Brown’s Harvest throughout the month of October.  Both sides of Alex’s family have either worked at the pumpkin patch or in the tobacco fields as teenagers.
The 2014 Harvest season raised over $900 for Alex’s Lemonade Stand. To date, and with your support, we have raised over $8,800.
