 Frequently Asked Questions

What activities do you have on the farm for pumpkin season?
There are hay stacks for the kids to climb and the children's corn maze is open daily.  Hayrides are only available to scheduled groups during the week.  On the weekends we have pumpkin painting, face painting, weekend entertainment, and weekend hayrides that run all day long (no reservations required).  To learn more about our entertainment please visit our Entertainment page.

Do you offer school tours at the farm?

Yes.   Please see our Group Rates page for more information.

Can I bring my scout group or club to the farm?

Yes.  Please see our Group Rates page for more information.

May I celebrate my child’s birthday here?

We do not have an organized birthday party program.  We do have Group Rates available during the week and on the weekend with a minimum of 15 people.  The cost is per person with a minimum of 15 people including children, adults, and chaperones.  The group rates can not be combined with any other offers.

Where may I set up my picnic/tailgate?

We do have a couple picnic tables that may be used.  Because we have limited yard and parking lot space, picnicking/tailgate activities is discouraged.  Weekday visitors may use the weekend parking field, but must carry out their own trash, since we do not have the facilities to store excess trash and we do not want the yellow jacket population to build up.

Can I bring my pet?

NO! We are sorry but pets are not welcome during pumpkin season! Please leave your pets at home.  Pumpkins and squash are food crops and therefore we can not have any pets in the fields.  We appreciate your cooperation.

Do you sell food on the farm?

YES!  Homemade apple cider donuts are made daily.  Apple cider, apples are available every day.  There is a small variety of food sold on the weekends (pies, hot dogs, cookies, etc.).

What is the price of the pumpkins?

Prices are decided by size. There are labeled pumpkins to give you an idea of how much the different size pumpkins cost.

What do the hayrides cost?

The cost of the tractor hayride (includes children's corn maize pass) on the weekend is $4.00 per person and no reservation is necessary.

The group rate during the week is strictly for Groups and requires a reservation.  Our hayrides during the week are for groups (15 people minimum) only.  Note:  There is a minimum fee if fewer than 15 people.

When is the children's corn maze open?

The children's corn maze is open daily.  It is geared for children under 8.  It costs $2 per person during the week and on weekends the cost is $4 per person (2 years old and younger are free). For everyone's safety, children must be accompanied by an adult.
