Birthday Parties

Available times: 11:00 AM & 2:30 PM

All parties include:

• 2 hour of celebration in an area reserved just for your group.
• We offer your own dedicated space just for your group.
• Provided in your area; tent/covered area, adequate tables and seating, fall decorations, tablecloths, & paper products.
• All farm activities are included for each paid guest. This includes a hayride, & access to our kids' corn maze, B-Barn activities, Barrel Train, Jump Pad (weather permitting), & more.
• Apple cider, water, and mini cider donuts for a snack!
• Wagon to help bring gifts to your car.
• We are happy to provide a Birthday Host for the first hour of your party to ensure you have everything you need!

Pricing & Packages

Policy

• Available times: 11:00 AM or 2:30 PM Saturdays or Sundays. (Weekday party slots available upon request at a discounted rate.
• Your party area is reserved  for 2 hours. Your area must be cleared out and cleaned by the end of your reserved time. We will charge $30 for every 15 minutes you run over your scheduled time. You may continue enjoying the farm activities after your reservation has ended!
• No outside food or beverages allowed. No pets allowed. Service animals permitted.
• Hayrides will be the first activity for all birthday parties. Please ensure all your guests arrive on time.
• RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. In order to accommodate other party requests, we ask that you book your party at least two weeks in advance to secure your party, date, time & add-ons.
• Your party will not be officially booked until you have been contacted by Brown's Harvest Management for confirmation.
• We require a $75 non-refundable deposit once the date and time of your party is CONFIRMED with BH Management.
• Accepted payment: All major credit cards and cash. We also accept forms of contactless payment such as, Apple pay and Google pay. No personal checks will be accepted the day of the party.
• Children must be under adult supervision at all times.
• We are a WORKING farm. Please stay within the marked boundaries at all times.
• We reserve the right to remove patrons from the property who are not abiding by our policies.
• PLEASE WEAR APPROPRIATE FOOTWEAR AND CLOTHING, AS THIS IS CONSIDERED AN OUTDOOR EVENT.  PARTIES ARE HELD RAIN OR SHINE.
