Ingredients

  • 3 C. strawberries, halved
  • 2 C. sliced rhubarb (3 medium stalks)
  • 1½ C. granulated sugar
  • 5 – 6 T. tapioca (rounded ¼ C.)

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients and let stand while making pastry for 9″ pie.
  2. Bake at 400 degrees for 60 – 70 minutes.
