Ingredients
- 3 C. strawberries, halved
- 2 C. sliced rhubarb (3 medium stalks)
- 1½ C. granulated sugar
- 5 – 6 T. tapioca (rounded ¼ C.)
Instructions
- Mix ingredients and let stand while making pastry for 9″ pie.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 60 – 70 minutes.
