For more than 10 years, Brown's Harvest has proudly grown over 4 acres of fresh asparagus right here in Connecticut. Our asparagus is hand picked daily at peak freshness, delivering the crisp flavor and quality that local families, chefs, and markets have come to expect each spring season.

In addition to traditional green asparagus, we also grow purple asparagus, a unique variety known for its slightly sweeter, nuttier flavor and tender texture. Whether roasted, grilled, pickled, or enjoyed fresh, our asparagus is a true taste of Connecticut agriculture.

We are proud to supply the local community as well as some of the Hartford area’s favorite restaurants and markets, including Present Company, Tosca, Restaurant Bricco, The Laurel, Metro Bis, Millwright's, Julien's Farm Store, Wade's Farm Fresh, Enfield Produce, Ellington Farmers Market and Geissler's Supermarket. From our fields to your table, we are committed to providing fresh, locally grown asparagus that celebrates the best of Connecticut farming.
