Ember Restaurant Joins Brown's Harvest This August
We're thrilled to welcome Ember, Connecticut's only roaming open-fire restaurant, to Brown's Harvest for the entire month of August! Known for live-fire cooking and seasonal, farm-driven menus, Ember is bringing New American cuisine — cooked right over an open flame — to our farm in Windsor, CT.
Dinner Service Details
When: Wednesdays through Sundays, August 1–31
Hours: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Reservations: Recommended, but walk-ins are always welcome. Book here
Menu: Changes weekly and features what's fresh from Brown's Harvest and other Connecticut farms, paired with local wines and craft cocktails.
Week 1 Menu: August 5–9 — Steakhouse Menu
Kick off the month with Ember's steakhouse-inspired menu, featuring live-fire favorites like steak frites, before the menu rotates to a new seasonal theme each week. Stay tuned for weekly updates all August long.
